Our Story
2019 Honor Bowl Host
James Logan had a taste of The Honor Bowl when they played Del Oro in 2013 in a HomeTown Honor Bowl. We found out when we met newly hired Head Coach Ricky Rodriguez on the sidelines of the 2018 NorCal CIF game at Del Oro that James Logan wanted to be a future Honor Bowl. Little did we know that a couple of months later not only was James Logan going to play in their first Honor Bowl, they were also going to host it. It has been a pleasure to get to know Coach and appreciate his strong friendship with local coaches, many who are also participating in the 2019 Honor Bowl. Coach Rodriguez recently was on Honor Radio, a PodCast sponsored by The Honor Group. We have included a link so you can hear the passion of this young dynamo of a high school football coach. The Colts will be a year older and are buying into Coaches style and demands. The game vs Heritage should be a great one. As we have been told, the whole town of Brentwood should be at James Logan watching the two programs participate in the 2019 Honor Bowl, presented by the SF 49ers.
